SERVICIOS PUBLICITARIOS Y DESARROLLO MATERIAL DIFUSIÓN PARA CAMPAÑAS Y ACCIONES DE VINCULACIÓN CON EL MEDIO. Las presentes Bases Administrativas regularán la propuesta pública para la contratación de Servicios publicitarios y desarrollo de material de difusión para campañas y acciones de vinculación con el medio, para el Servicio Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura. Lo anterior, como parte del Plan Estratégico de la institución, existe una línea de trabajo asociada a la vinculación con la ciudadanía, para lo cual se han desarrollado una serie de campañas que tienen como fin acercar y concientizar a las personas sobre el cuidado de los recursos, incentivando su participación activa en el consumo responsable, respeto de la normativa pesquera y cuidado de los ecosistemas acuáticos. En esta línea, y con el fin de dar a conocer a la ciudadanía yo usuarios sectoriales las funciones de la institución, la normativa del sector, así como también la forma de acceder a los beneficios o prestaciones establecidos en tal normativa, se requiere la contratación de servicios publicitarios y creación de material de difusión para apoyar el desarrollo de campañas y acciones de vinculación con el medio que lleva a cabo el Servicio Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura.
