Las presentes bases tienen por objeto establecer las normas y procedimientos que regirán la propuesta pública para la adquisición del suministro e instalación del cortinaje para la Capitanía de Puerto de Algarrobo, por parte de la Dirección General del Territorio Marítimo y de Marina Mercante, en adelante la DIRECTEMAR, las cuales deberán ajustarse a las especificaciones técnicas señaladas en las bases técnicas.
