CONTRATACION DE TASACION / ADMINISTRACION MUNICIPAL Obtener informes de tasación con del valor de mercado del inmueble (terreno y construcciones) ubicado en Luis Gandarillas N°263, Rol 225-33, para evaluar la factibilidad de compra por parte de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Maipú, debiendo contar con la información necesaria según lo estipulado en los dictámenes N°33.465 de 2013, N°71683 de 2015 y 19.883 de 2017 y el Oficio N°E332542/2023 de la Contraloría General de la República.
