Las presentes Bases de Licitación norman el llamado a propuesta pública, y el contrato que se formalizará a través de la emisión de la Orden de Compra y la aceptación de ésta por parte del proveedor para la ADQUISICIÓN DE EQUIPOS A GAS LICUADO Y MUEBLES PARA LAS CENTRALES DE ALIMENTACIÓN DE LAS UNIDADES PENALES DE LA REGIÓN DE VALPARAÍSO, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 63 del D.S. (H) N° 250, de 2004, que fija el Reglamento de la Ley N° 19.886 de Bases sobre Contratos Administrativos de Suministro y Prestación de Servicios; de conformidad con los requerimientos establecidos por Gendarmería de Chile, los que, a nivel nacional y con las características técnicas requeridas, no se encuentran comprendidos en ningún convenio marco.
