La presente contratación tiene por finalidad contratar un servicio especializado de reclutamiento y selección que permita desarrollar un proceso para la provisión del cargo de Encargado de Desarrollo y Alianzas de la Fundación Teatro Municipal de Las Condes, el cual corresponde a una nueva posición dentro de la organización. Para estos efectos, se requiere una consultora especializada que apoye el levantamiento técnico del perfil, la búsqueda activa de candidatos y la evaluación integral de postulantes, asegurando criterios objetivos, rigurosidad metodológica y alineamiento con las necesidades estratégicas de la Fundación.
