Las presentes bases administrativas tienen por objeto regular el procedimiento de llamado a Licitación Pública efectuado por la Corporación Municipal para el Desarrollo Social de Villa Alemana en adelante, la Corporación con el fin de proveer el servicio de guardias de seguridad privada para los centros de atención primaria de salud y otros establecimientos a cargo de la Corporación, con el fin de proteger los bienes, el patrimonio y la integridad de los funcionarios y usuarios del servicio.
Quién no puede postular
Queda expresamente prohibido al adjudicatario concertar con terceros la subcontratación del contrato, en particular, por tratarse de servicios especiales, en donde se contratará en vista de la capacidad o idoneidad del contratista.
