El Hospital Base San José de Osorno, en adelante también el Hospital, requiere contratar el CONVENIO DE SUMINISTRO PAPEL ABSORBENTE CON DISPENSADORES EN COMODATO, con el fin de garantizar la higiene y seguridad de los funcionarios y pacientes beneficiarios del HBSJO, de acuerdo a las condiciones establecidas en las presentes bases administrativas, económicas, técnicas y sus anexos. La forma de la presente licitación pública corresponde a aquella adquisición mayor a 8.000 U.T.M. Las presentes Bases Administrativas, tienen por objeto regular el proceso de Licitación Pública: Apertura, Evaluación, Adjudicación, Contratación y la Prestación del servicio sujeto en la presente licitación.
