La presente licitación se fundamenta en la necesidad del Hospital de Puerto Montt de contar con un proveedor que asegure el abastecimiento oportuno y continuo de insumos apósitos y torulas, tales como torulas, venda, gasa y apósitos, indispensables para dar continuidad a la atención de los pacientes derivados a los distintos servicios de atención clínica, así como para facilitar la implementación de prestaciones incorporadas a la cartera de servicios del establecimiento. Esta adquisición permitirá ampliar la cobertura de atención, mejorar la calidad del servicio entregado a los usuarios y evitar derivaciones innecesarias a otros centros asistenciales por falta de insumos básicos, contribuyendo así al fortalecimiento de la gestión clínica y operativa del Hospital de Puerto Montt.
